The MINI Music Lounge is tapping into the sizzling summer pulse and dancing the night away at Pavillon 21. Last week we kicked things off with Chilean-born veteran DJ Ricardo Villalobos, who gave us all a lesson in how to deliver a well-crafted set of seductive, minimal house beats. The perfect summer dance show, Villalobos kicked off July and Pavillon 21 with a high note that left us itching for the next night out.

The clubbing event from Saturday July 9th at Pavillon 21 privileged those in attendance to the presence of none other that Paul van Dyk on the decks - or PvD as he's known to those in the know. He kept a packed house of fearless followers raging late into the night with his special blend of electronic excellence.

Finally, last Saturday we tapped into our adrenaline reserves to leave everything we've got on the Pavillon 21 dance floor. This marathon month of clubbing was topped off with a special treat, the famed YUM YUM party. DJs Chrome and Max Mausser, veritable masters of the art of merrymaking, kept us on our toes till the wee hours of the morn and sent this wild nightlife series off with a bang. We may need a fresh pair of kicks after this month, but already can't wait till next year.

YUM YUMers show us how to party.
Such a dynamic and eclectic set could only be housed by a venue like the Pavillon 21 MINI Opera Space, designed by the brilliant Austrian architecture team of Coop Himmelb(l)au. Having already housed such a variety of sounds - with more yet to come - we can say definitively that this is the party of the summer. Stay tuned here at MINIspace.com to learn how this year's adventure concludes.
