Designed by the Milan-based firm Park Associati, the laser-cut aluminum structures offer eighteen diners unrivaled city vistas and world-class cuisine prepared in an open kitchen by a renowned cast of resident chefs. Precariously situated atop theaters overlooking city squares for approximately three months at a time, chefs use The Cube as an ephemeral blank canvas to curate an unmatchable sensory story. The pronounced angles of the restaurant perforate iconic postcard skylines in Brussels, Milan, Stockholm, London and beyond, emphasizing the uniquely temporary nature of the event.

The Cube is open to public reservations at each stop of its European tour. Guests are entertained with spectacular city views upon arrival, with a warm dark wood interior and spectacular outdoor platform. If that enticing environment doesn’t sound appetizing enough already, at mealtime a single white table is lowered from the ceiling to accommodate the group of guests on their esculent excursion.
