Life Ball 2010: Red Carpet & Opening Show Spectacular July 17, 2010

On July 17th, Life Ball proved glorious in all magnitude during the red carpet & opening show performances. This year's Sow the Seeds of Solidarity Life Ball theme inspired earthy leaf-heavy garb to creative arrays of colorful and inventive masquerade.  The performances featured a line-up of global celebrities from emerging face Le Gateau Chocolat to familiar MINI Spacer Michel Comte. Also on the fashion runway were the three Life Ball MINI rolled out after their auction with designers in tow. Concluding the red carpet affair was a contemporary ballet followed by a performance by Life Ball debutantes to Beethoven's ‘Ode an die Freude', ensued by Richard Wagner's ‘Siegfried' featuring Life Ball's own, Whoopi Goldberg.
