MINI Countryman Hits Milan Design Week I – Gearing up April 13, 2010

The MINI Space Team is behind the scenes during the set-up for the exclusive MINI Countryman Picnic in Milan to show you just how this highly unique space was designed and created from the ground up. When we were told that MINI was going to transform the inside of an industrial warehouse into a fairytale forest and butterfly meadow for Milan Design Week, we were skeptical. But upon arriving in the Via Tortona art district of Milan on April 12th, we found a crew of over 100 people working diligently to make this creative vision a reality.  Check out the video of this impressive installation and the temporary home of three new MINI Countryman cars here.     To see our complete coverage of the MINI Events at Milan Design Week 2010, click here.
