MINI Space Design Competition 3: Winners Announced! February 17, 2009

We watched with excitement as the results poured in for the "Electrified" design competition. It looks like you all really felt a jolt of inspiration from the topic, or maybe you were just electrified by the idea of winning one of our great prizes. We were astounded by both your creativity and your technical skill, and we were excited to see all the different ways you plugged into the concept of electricity.
Now that the competition is over, it's time to shine the spotlight on our four winners:   Special Award by the MINI Design Team: Apple Macbook Air
The jury has spoken and they nominated bkahles for the winning design which was complex and dynamic despite its just three simple colors and forms: "The design was picked based on its clear message of tension and power. We were impressed bkahles had followed the briefing and made the electrifying effect of the design work as not just a stand-alone image but as a background for MINI Space."
