Liam Gallagher and his Pretty Green fashion label -
"A guy who doesn't like clothes means nothing to me," says Liam Gallagher, frontman of the band Oasis. Gallagher, who has a reputation as a stylish mod to defend, took the logical step and founded his own fashion label, Pretty Green.
It has nothing to do with eco-fashion, but is a reference to Gallagher's favourite song by The Jam, as the singer explains in an interview with THE MINI INTERNATIONAL. "I'm running Pretty Green because there aren't enough clothes that I dig and that I would wear, classics like parkas, trenchcoats and desert boots," says Gallagher. "These days all musicians look the same, wearing tight shirts, tight jeans and these damned pointy shoes. If you ever see me in a pair of pointy shoes, drive over me."
