ARTIST & DESIGNERAlexandra Breitensteinwas born at the end of the 70ies in a small town in the area of the Ruhr (Ruhrgebiet) in Western Germany.She began to act with arts in her later youth. At the beginning of her 20ties she started to study design & photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund, Germany.The artist works on several disciplines and projects. Her overpainted portaits reflect her preferences on mixing several art forms. This might be an interaction between photography and painting - or even the interactionbetween pictures and words.
