Being a huge fan of the ampersand I had to submitted a piece for Stephen Gose's project The Ampersand. Inspired by the logo, which is set in Caslon 540 italic, I collected bark chippings from the garden to display in three dimensional form. I decided to keep my feet in as this gives the idea of scale.
